I started my own brokerage, 5Market Realty, to put into action all the lessons I’d learned from years of residential, investment, and commercial real estate. I started this blog, Athens Real Estate Talk, to follow through on the biggest lesson of them all: communication is everything. 

We all know the Internet puts truly incredible amounts of information at our fingertips. Yet with millions of websites and articles about real estate and other related concerns, I realized that there’s nothing more valuable than having a trusted resource in the community that can help chart a path through the noise, separate the wheat from the chaff, and generally help make sense of it all. 

Buying or selling a home is among the most important decisions of a lifetime. And though I always encourage people to educate themselves about the process as much as they’re able and willing, at the end of the day (with over billion Google results and counting for “real estate”), it’s also incredibly useful to hear from someone who can distill it all down into the key factors that make sense for you and your family. 

So in a world where talk is cheap, Athens Real Estate Talks defies the convention by offering local market knowledge and insights to create value for Athenians that they can’t get elsewhere. That’s what we’re doing here on this blog- that and offering biting Bulldawg commentary! At any rate, it’s my passion to share and honor to serve!
